Charles Mountifield - Director - Charles heads the WIM UK Rugby Division.  He speaks French and German and is an approved, licensed agent for both the Professional Rugby Players’ Association and the Rugby Football League.

Justin Paige - Director - A qualified lawyer and founding member of World In Motion UK, Justin has an impressive record of high profile contract successes to his credit and has built up an extensive network of personal contacts with high profile players, clubs and sponsors. In addition, Justin is the only non-resident citizen to have obtained a licence to work as a rugby union agent in France.

Phillip Alexander - Player Agent - Phillip was admitted as a barrister and solicitor to the High Court of New Zealand in 2005. He practiced Law in New Zealand until 2007 at which time he moved to the United Kingdom. Phillip joined World in Motion UK in 2009 and advises on Image Rights as well as managing New Zealand and Pacific Island players based in the UK.

United Kingdom / European Rugby Competition

ECR- Heineken Cup and European Challenge Cup
European Club Rugby kicks off in October, culminating in the prestigious Heineken Cup final in May.  Administered by the ERC (European Rugby Cup Committee) this multi-nation tournament has become one of rugby’s greatest competitions. Games are played in rounds leading to a knock-out stage with two final groups competing for the Heineken Cup and the European Challenge Cup. Magners League
This Celtic competition comprising two teams from Scotland, four teams from Wales and four teams from Ireland is used as the sole determinant for European qualification. France Top 14
The Top 14 is contested by fourteen professional rugby union clubs throughout France with the season running from August through to June. Italy Super 10
The Super 10 is the highest tier of the national rugby union competition in Italy running from September to May.  After a home-and-away season, the top four teams play a knock-out competition to decide the championship and the bottom team is relegated. The leading Super 10 teams qualify to play against teams from the other leading rugby union nations in Europe in the Heineken Cup and the European Challenge Cup.
